The Tea Rose Foundation of Cerritos in conjunction with the Pi Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® hosted our 3rd Annual Brunch, Beats & Bubbly Event at the iconic Spaghettini in Seal Beach, CA – and what a beautiful afternoon it was!
This year, we remain committed to our brunch format and carefully created menu, and the response was overwhelming. Tickets nearly sold out, a clear sign of the enthusiasm and support for a mission. Guess we’re treated to a soulful life performance by DW three, a complementary glass of champagne, and a delicious brunch experience design specifically for the occasion.
More than just a memorable gathering, this event help raise critical funds for our scholarship program, which supports college bound, African-American high school seniors in the Artesia, Bellflower, and Cerritos Unified School Districts.
We are thrilled to share that this year’s event raised enough to award scholarships to three deserving students, who will be attending the college of their choice. These scholarship recipients will be honored at our Inaugural Tea Rose Scholarship and Awards Luncheon in June 2025.
